Refund policy

At Flayr, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Flayr reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited edition drops

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

All approved returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details.

After your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
