Product Care
Proper care helps maintain the quality, comfort, and longevity of your garment. Follow these instructions to keep your Essentials pieces looking their best.
Washing
Wash inside out in cold water using a gentle cycle and mild detergent. This helps protect the fabric, color, and screen print while reducing fading and wear.
Drying
Air drying is recommended to maintain the shape and weight of the fabric. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat to minimize shrinkage.
Ironing
Do not iron directly on the print. Turn the garment inside out and use a low to medium heat setting if ironing is needed.
Storing
Store garments folded in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure clothing is clean and completely dry before storing to maintain its condition.
Shipping Details
All orders are dispatched directly from Karachi. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking details to follow your delivery.
Standard Delivery – Free shipping via PostEX/Rider. Orders typically arrive within 5–7 working days and include tracking.
Express Delivery – Available via TCS Express. Orders usually arrive within 2–3 working days. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and order volume.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges on unworn items returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging.
